Not too long ago, BBC produced an excellent documentary following British Airways, and their pilots, cabin crew, passengers, airport staff and others…and their exacting standards. It’s a “smashing” series that I found very intriguing, and informative. After watching, I came away with a better understanding of BA’s meticulousness to detail, and their rigid standards. For the commercial aviation geek, it’s a must watch. I was hooked after the first few minutes, and I’m sure you will be too.
