Effective October 25, it looks like United Airlines is dropping their Washington Dulles to JFK route. While JFK isn’t a huge focus for United, since they have their Newark hub, JFK provides a substantial amount of Star Alliance international traffic. Personally, this is a huge negative affect on the international market, since many Washington travelers connect in NY for better deals or better routes.
