Due to today’s ground stop at Chicago area airports, there are many Frequent Traveler University attendees that are unable to make this weekend’s festivities.
In the interest of filling the seats, the event organizers are waiving the transfer fee for ticket holders who cannot attend, but want to transfer their ticket to someone else.
The event is all weekend at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare.
If you need a ticket, contact a current ticket holder and you can initiate a free transfer by emailing melinda@ftef.net.
If you’re a Chicago local, this is your last chance to grab some tickets to this weekend’s event and avoid paying the transfer fee!

I don’t understand why there is a transfer fee to begin with.
James Larounis says
There’s an administrative process to transfer the tickets, and they don’t want everyone and his brother transferring them; it ads a layer of “non refundability” to the tickets.
