I’m always fascinated when a travel industry leader is featured in a documentary. Not too long ago, British Airways had an excellent mini-series highlighting their daily operations.
Produced in 2012, CNBC came out with an excellent documentary going inside the life of Marriott Hotels. Like the airlines, hotels also have to experience major weather events, need to price rooms when availability is low, and also fine-tune their loyalty programs and new innovative hotel concepts to keep guests coming back.
It really is a great documentary, and at only 43 minutes long, it’s something that will keep you engaged, yet be informative. If you’re interested in downloading the episode for $2.99, you can below.
