Air France Launches New Vancouver Service

For Western Canada flyers, or those in the Pacific Northwest, you’ll be glad to know of a new route Air France is launching from Vancouver to Charles de Gaulle, Paris.

The route will be operated by a 777, which I’ve previously reviewed here. It’s a 3 class aircraft, and will offer First, Business and Economy classes.

• From March 29, 2015 through May 3, 2015 the route will operate 3 times a week.
• From May 4, 2015 through September 17, 2015 the route will operate 5 times a week.
• From September 19, 2015 through October 23, 2015 (end of schedule) the route will operate 4 times a week.

Air France 374 – Depart CDG at 1035, Arrive YVR at 1150

Air France 379 – Depart YVR at 1400, Arrive CDG 0835 (+1 day)

Award availability on the routing is currently mixed for Business Class. I picked some random dates in May, 2014 and came up with limited results.
