American seems to be toying with their cookies lately. First, the change the chocolate chip cookie inflight, and now I notice they’ve changed it in their AAdmiral’s Clubs as well.
Both in DCA, ORD and SFO, there’s a new style cookie that mimics something you would get out of a Chips Ahoy package in the grocery store. It’s harder, and not as chewy as the original version.
I’m not a fan, but I guess there are worse things to be concerned with when traveling.
Has anyone else noticed this change, or is this temporary?

Chewy cookies in the ORD club this morning – more chewy than usual, in fact (and larger). A much welcome change from the crips biscuits that have been everywhere else.
