Are you at Frequent Traveler University Washington DC this weekend at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City?
Included with your ticket, you’re offered a complimentary continental breakfast either on the basement level for basic-level attendees, or on the roof for advanced-level attendees. If you’re a Hyatt Diamond, you’ll be offered a full, hot breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. So, this in mind, you can technically have “two” breakfasts.
The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is offering 1,000 extra Hyatt Gold Passport points if you’re a Hyatt Diamond and skip the full breakfast in the hotel restaurant. If you only choose to have the ticket-included continental breakfast, you’ll be given an extra 1,000 points at check-out.
Presumably the hotel is trying to save money by serving full breakfasts in the restaurant, and that’s why they are offering this deal to Diamonds.
If you’re a Hyatt Diamond at FTU DC, you’re welcome! 🙂
