Here’s an interesting look at how inflight WiFi is installed on planes:
For me, I pay a monthly subscription fee with GoGo to have unlimited WiFi access when I fly. I consider this worth it, despite the high price tag, because i can stay productive 30,000 feet up, especially when on a long flight.
It’s intriguing to see what goes into installing this “magic” hardware, and what makes it work so far up.
