Several months ago, BBC produced what I think it an outstanding documentary of British Airways entitled A Very British Airline. If you haven’t watched the series, you can read my previous post about it and watch all of the episodes here.
You can get a good idea about the show by just watching the first few minutes of episode 1:
I’m quite a fan of music used in television and film, and you can find my iTunes account filled with movie scores, soundtracks, and the like. While watching A Very British Airline, I really did enjoy the music used, as I thought it not only represented the airline well, but also provided a nice contrast to the stories being told.
The composer of the music is Ruth Chan, and you can visit her website here.
Here are tracks of some of the music used within the show:
Big China
Going for Lift Off
Introduction
New Y0rk Glitz
These tracks are the sole property of Ruth Chan and BBC, and should not be used for any other purpose. The tracks are provided here for your entertainment use, and are streamed directly from Chan’s website.
Enjoy, and happy listening!
