Let’s take a look at a few new travel stories, videos, musings and news from around the internet:
- The world’s shortest commercial flight takes less than a minute. In fact, there’s a video of the entire flight so you can re-live it for yourself.
- Alaska Air is giving away 1,000 miles for every time you self-tag your checked bags, up to 5 times, for a total of 5,000 miles. If you fly Alaska often, this is an easy way to grab a few extra miles.
- Some hotels include computers with webcams in hotel rooms as a perk. There’s a huge downside to this, though.
