The oneworld has what is probably the best benefits for its member airline frequent flyers. In fact, it’s the only only alliance to offer First Class lounge access to top tier elites, which, alone, is an incredible benefit. oneworld has unveiled its new Priority signage campaign, to be featured in over 1,000 airports worldwide, in over 155 countries.
The new signing will begin to be placed in major airports in Australia, followed by Germany, the United States, and other major worldwide hubs. On each sign you’ll see the gemstone tier circles, indicating that the benefit or queue is available for your use, according to your oneworld level. Think of this like SkyTeam’s SkyPriority campaign.
For oneworld Emerald tier card holders, this means:
- First Class or Business Class check-in desks, which they can use even when booked in Economy Class.
- Fast track through security checks at select airports.
- First Class, Business Class or frequent flyer lounges which they can use when flying internationally, even when not booked to fly in First or even Business Class. oneworld is the only global airline alliance to offer the use of First Class facilities to its highest tier frequent flyers.
- Priority boarding lines.
For oneworld Sapphire tier card holders, this means:
- Business Class check-in desks, which they can use even when booked in Economy Class.
- Business Class and frequent flyer lounges which they can use when flying internationally, even when booked in Economy Class.
- Priority boarding lines.
For oneworld Ruby tier card holders, this means:
- Business Class check-in desks, which they can use even when booked to fly in Economy Class (Ruby cardholders will continue to use Qantas Premium Economy check-in desks in Australia until the new signage is released).
