Via FlyerTalk, there’s 3 minor adjustments to American Airlines First Class meal tray setups, to include:
- The addition of Tabasco sauce, as I previously reported.
- New napkin linen roll up (to be clear, it’s just a new wrap, nothing new with the linen or utensils itself)
- New gray linen instead of the previous tan linen.

You should find all of these adjustments in place already.
None of these make a dramatic difference in the meal experience, but I far prefer the gray linen since I think it matches the cabin design. Also, the hot sauce bottles are a welcome addition since I tend to find airline food bland.
