We all know the scandal behind the American Airlines First Class cookie.
First, the cookie was baked on board. Then, it was changed to a warmed on board cookie that tasted worse than cardboard. Finally, it was changed to a warmed on board version that tasted slightly better than cardboard, but only marginally. All in all, we’ve seen a downward trend in the elusive cookie.
But, hope is not all lost!
Coming this August, American’s cookies will switch to the same company that produces the cookies for DoubleTree hotels, Christie Cookie Co.! Those cookies are mighty tasty in my opinion! It’s yet to be seen whether they’ll be warmed or baked on board, but it still seems like an improvement either way.
