You’ve got frequent flyer miles, hotel points or credit card rewards you don’t know how to use, and I want to help you get the most value from them!

From traveling in exquisite first class products, to staying in 5-star luxury hotels, using your miles and points can save you thousands of dollars per trip, making many experiences nearly free.

My award booking and consulting service will help you get the most out of your travels.

Award Booking Consulting – $75

Whether it’s a simple round-trip, an open-jaw routing, or a one-way award, I’ll be able to help you find the most economical or luxurious way of getting there, whatever your preference or a combination of both. Sometimes there simply is no award availability, in which case I’ll let you know. If it requires multiple awards or itineraries, in which case you’ll pay twice the consulting fee, or however many times the itineraries we need to book. Second or more passengers incur a $100 per passenger fee. Infants incur only a $50 charge.

Note: A $25 per passenger fee will be charged to begin the award search. If you decide not to book the award, this $25 deposit will be kept to prevent abuse of the award search process. If you should decide to book the award through me, the $25 deposit will be applied to your final charge.

Quick Question – $10

Have a quick question about booking an award that you need answered by phone, Skype or email? I’ll be glad to help. Billed in 10 minute increments with a maximum of half hour time.

Change My Award – $50

To change your award to another legal routing, simply let me know what your preferred flights on and I’ll take a look for award availability and contact the airline on your behalf to switch your tickets.

Cancel My Award – $35

To cancel an award outright and redeposit the miles, I’ll call the airline on your behalf and get the work done for you, all while trying to save you the most miles and prevent you from getting over charged on cancellation fees. This service is in addition to any fees the airline might charge to cancel or redeposit your miles.

Tell Me the Inventory – $25

Want to know the inventory on a select flight? I’ll tell you the inventory on up to a 5 flight segments for $25. Just let me know the fare codes you’re looking for, and I’ll let you know how many seats are for sale under each fare code. *for select airlines.

Monitor My Route or Flight – $25 per flight

Want to know when award availability opens up on a select flight? For $25 per flight (on select, but most, airlines I’ll monitor the award space in either economy, business or first class, or a specific seat assignment or fare code. Keep in mind, this fee is charged whether or not award availability, your seat preference or fare code opens up.

Complete My Award – $60

You’ve nearly completed your award booking but encounter a technical glitch, a booking issue or another issue preventing you from ticketing award. It’s terribly frustrating, but I can help. If there’s actually availability on the flights you want, and the flight can legally be booked with miles or points according to the routing rules of the program, I’ll help you book the award by taking the hassle out of the equation. I’ll contact the airline on your behalf and complete your award.

Travel Consulting – $150

Have questions on airline products, specific destinations, seats upgrades, elite status perks, mileage currencies, hotel elite perks or other general travel ideas? I’ll be happy to exchange emails, phone calls or Skype calls for an hour to help you answer all your questions.

Credit Card Consultation – $100

Don’t know which credit cards you need to accumulate the most miles? Have a specific trip in mind, but don’t know which credit card will help get you there? Have questions about a specific credit card points currency or perks? I’ll help consult you for up to a half hour over the phone, or Skype, with additional consultation time billed in half hour increments.

Hotel Help – $50 per night

Need Help Booking Your Hotel stay with hotel points? I’ll examine your destination of choice, your available points currencies to help determine your best hotel of choice. Billed per night.
