Luxury Vacation Rental Company Increases Net Promoter Score by 80%

SAN FRANCISCO, July 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — InvitedHome, a hospitality company that manages over 200 privately-owned homes in luxury destinations such as Vail, Lake Tahoe, Santa Barbara and Maui, today reported an 80% improvement in its Net Promoter score — a dramatic increase in guest satisfaction — as a result of adopting HappyCo‘s mobile inspection platform for property management and workforce operations.
