Evolve Money is sending out emails this week with a latest change to their bill paying service. In short the new change will limit the ability to pay a vendor from four times a month to now one time a month. Evolve money allows the use of debit cards to pay merchants that otherwise wouldn’t accept a debit card.
Dear Evolve Money Customer,
Due to changes in our risk and regulatory compliance policies, Evolve Money will be implementing a limit of one payment per biller account per month. This change takes effect September 1, 2014. There are no limits on the number of cash payments made with a Reloadit pack or Evolve Pay Bucks.
We realize that some of our users have taken advantage of the multiple payments per month to pay off larger expenses such as mortgages. We are currently working on ways to improve the bill paying experience for you and expect to announce details soon.
The Bill Payment Transaction Limits section of our End User License Agreement has been updated to reflect this change. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to contact us at support@evolvemoney.com with any questions.
Sincerely,
The Evolve Money Team
How will this change effect you? Will this limit your earning of miles?

I would buy 5 $200 visa gift cards at staples with Chase ink card and get 5k miles per month. Then use those gift cards to pay student loan and home equity loan. With new rule most I can buy is $200 for each biller since staples doesn’t have gift cards in higher denominations. So basically will be losing out on 600 miles a month. If they end up allowing us to use gift cards to pay credit card bills then it would be a fair trade off.
