Free drinks in Vegas are hard to come by if you aren’t a big gambler, and the prices at bars along the strip are exorbitant.
There’s a simple trick you can do to get free drinks in Vegas, without putting a dime in the slot machine, without being a high roller, or without needing to know the general manager of the hotel you’re staying at.
The New York, New York hotel is centrally located along the strip, and has a wide variety of bars inside. Coincidentally, Southwest Airlines has a an ad in their in-flight magazine for a free drink at the New York, New York, and all you have to do is snap a pic of the ad, show it to the bartender, and voila! You’ve got a free drink.
Here are the terms and restrictions:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Only valid at Pour 24, Center Bar, Nine Fine Kishman, and the Lobby Bar
- Valid for wine, beer and well-drinks only.
- Gratuity not included.
- Expires 12/31/2014.
Luckily, there’s a picture of the ad here for you, so you don’t have to run out to the airport to get on the next departing Southwest flight. Enjoy!
