I found this really interesting video on YouTube, documenting a behind the scenes look as an American Airlines flight attendant onboard a long-haul aircraft during meal service. The video shows galley preparation, crew meals, and food preparation, and gives a really unique prospective on what happens in front of the drawn curtain.
