Anyone know anything about this? I’ve done some preliminary research and can’t seem to come up with anything.

I’m curious to see what this bar is supposed to be, and to see if I can check it out when it is open. Maybe I’ll need to take some advice from the movie Catch Me If You Can? 🙂
