American Airlines 280 – Stunning Pictures

As you’ve probably heard in the news yesterday, American Airlines 280, a 777 en-route from Seoul to Dallas, diverted to Tokyo due to severe turbulence, injuring upwards of 15 people onboard.

The plane had 240 passengers onboard and 15 crew, and hit what is similar to a Nor’easter just east of Tokyo, causing the trouble onboard.

There’s some stunning pictures that a First Class passenger onboard took of the incident. It appears as if beverage carts were tipped over, glasses broken, food scattered, and drinks splattered on the overhead bins.

It’s amazing no one was severely hurt in the incident, and that more importantly, the plane landed safely.

Take a look at these stunning photographs for yourself…
