If you travel JetBlue Mint, JetBlue’s lie-flat business class offering, then you’ll probably be excited for this.
Founder’s Card has introduced a new benefit for JetBlue Mint customers – flat fares on Mint routes.
Here’s how this works:
- Normally Founder’s Card members get 5% off JetBlue fares.
- If you travel Mint, and the rate is HIGHER than what’s listed below, you only need to pay the flat fare listed, not whatever higher amount you see.
- If the amount you see online is lower, then you simply pay the lower amount and save the 5% off as normal.
MINT Flat Fares (not including taxes and fees):
JFK-LAX: $1,150 Refundable, $1,000 Nonrefundable
JFK-SFO: $1,150 Refundable, $1,000 Nonrefundable
BOS-LAX: $950 Refundable, $800 Nonrefundable
BOS-SFO: $950 Refundable, $800 Nonrefundable
If you travel Mint regularly enough, this could be a great deal for you. While I know many Mint fares are cheaper than this, if you buy at the last minute and a flight is nearing capacity, flight’s could cost much more, so it is nice to have a safety net knowing you’ll never pay more.
