A minor change for sure, but beginning April 1, American is implementing a new change to their First Class pasta meal offering, according to JonNYC from Traveling Better, posted on FlyerTalk.
Beginning April 1, flights with pasta dishes will be catered with bulk Parmesan cheese or basil leaves for F/As to add to the dishes as garnish.
It’s a slow, gradual improvement back to the old days off AA meal service. I’m looking forward to this nonetheless! Some commenters agree that dressing poured by the flight attendants should be added back as well, which I agree, though on the priority list, I certainly would vote for the food to go back to the old standards prior to trying to improve the presentation of the salad dressing.
