Meal Review:

Flying from Fresno to Dallas, a lunch offering of Chicken Teriyaki Salad or Cheese Lasagna. Not wanting to have anything heavy at the time, I chose the salad, and I was quite happy at what came.

Route: Fresno to Dallas

Aircraft: MD-80

Meal Window: Lunch

Meal: Teriyaki Chicken served chilled with Asian slaw and sesame dressing

Once airborne, a selection of beverages were offered, in addition to the standard warmed mixed nuts ramekin.

On the meal tray included:

  • Teriyaki chicken in separate dish
  • Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil caprese salad
  • Warmed sourdough roll
  • Asian slaw salad
  • For dessert, a chocolate mousse cake was offered (not pictured)

Had the same meal on a flight from reno to chicago on Feb.15th 2016. The food was wonderful, I don’t think I left a drop on my plate. Love AA’s new menus.
